Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) has once again demonstrated its dedication and commitment in manufacturing of high-quality electric locomotives, despite facing numerous constraints in the supply of major equipments. on March 25th, 2023, the 400th WAG -9 HC (38005) Loco of FY22-23 was flagged off from the Test Shed of Shop-19 inside the workshop by the Group of CLW staff superannuating during March-2023, in the gracious presence of Shri Satish Kumar Kashyup, General Manager, CLW.
Principal Head of the Deptts., Sr. Officers, Supervisors, Staff were also present during the flag off ceremony. This achievement was accomplished under the leadership and guidance of Satish Kumar Kashyup, the General Manager, with his continuous motivation and encouragement to the ‘Team CLW’ and proper planning of resources.
Shri Kashyup congratulated the entire CLW team and appreciated their efforts in achieving this feat. The successful completion of the 400th electric locomotive of FY 22-23 is a testament to CLW’s commitment to producing high-quality electric locomotives that meet the needs of the railway industry.
