Commissioner CMPFO, Dhanbad V K Mishra chaired an interactive session at NCL HQ on Friday. Director (Personnel) Manish Kumar, BoT Member of CMPF Shri Ramendra Kumar, D D Ramanandan, and Rakesh Kumar attended the session.
Different topics related to CMPF were discussed pertaining to employees of NCL during the session. JCC members from different Trade Unions and CMOAI representatives raised the issues and offered constructive suggestions for timely disposal of CMPF cases in a transparent way.
Commissioner CMPFO ensured time-bound redressal and stated that the ongoing digitization process in CMPFO will bring more accuracy and Fastrack disposal.
Additional Commissioner CMPF A K Sinha, Regional Commissioner Singrauli P K Jain, JCC members from different Trade Unions and CMOAI representatives, GM (Personnel), HoD (P/IR/CMPF) and Staff Officer (Personnel) of All Areas and Units of NCL also remain present in the session.
Notably, CMPFO is an autonomous organization governed by the Board of Trustees working for providing social and financial security to the employees working in the Coal Industry.
