BEML Limited has been conferred the “Innovative Company of the Year (Manufacturing)– Large Enterprises” at the 12th CII Industrial Innovation Awards 2025, recognising its excellence in engineering, technology and indigenous manufacturing.
The award was presented during the Global Summit on Technology, R&D and Intellectual Property, held on 16–17 December 2025 in New Delhi, reflecting BEML’s strong commitment to innovation-led growth, advanced manufacturing, indigenization and technological self-reliance.
The award was received on behalf of the CMD, BEML Ltd., by Shri Ranvir Singh Chopra, CGM & Head (HO Cell, Delhi) and Shri Jitendra Kumar, Head (IBD).
BEML’s innovation portfolio spans defence mobility, rail transportation and mining, including platforms such as HMV 12×12 & 6×6 GTV, Vande Bharat Sleeper, BEML Rope Shovel (BRS21) and the 1500 HP engine for Main Battle Tanks.
