Indian Institute of Coal Management, Ranchi organised an ‘Outbound Leadership Development Program’ at Mussoorie, Uttarakhand from November 21st till November 26th exclusively for women executives of CIL and its subsidiary companies.
The programme was conducted in association with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation.
Twenty-four executives participated in the programme. Participants learned the value of teamwork, leadership, communication, etc. during the week-long programme.
