Diwakar Kaushik, RED (WR-II) & CEO (NSPCL), visited NTPC Sipat on 17 December 2025 to review key project milestones, safety initiatives, and operational readiness. He was welcomed and accompanied by Shri Vijay Krishna Pandey, Executive Director (Sipat), along with senior executives.
During the visit, he inaugurated the commencement of Boiler Erection work and the start of ESP Erection at NTPC Sipat Stage-III (1×800 MW), reflecting significant project progress.
RED (WR-II) also inaugurated the Safety Park and rolled out the Safety Framework for Stage-III activities, underscoring NTPC’s focus on strengthening the safety culture. Representatives from PM and Safety were also present at the event.
He further inaugurated the Drivers’ Rest Room at Stage-III gate, providing essential facilities for drivers and operators involved in material transportation.
The visit concluded with a review meeting with SMC members, where Shri Diwakar Kaushik discussed project progress, safety practices, and operational matters.
