Shri Atul Gupta brings more than three decades of extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to taking over as CMD, he served as Director (Commercial) at EIL, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth, business diversification, and global expansion.
During his tenure as Director (Commercial), EIL recorded significant business growth, expanded its international footprint, and strengthened its presence in emerging sectors through innovation-driven initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing the company’s capabilities in energy transition, renewable energy, green hydrogen, biofuels, nuclear projects, digital transformation, and infrastructure development.
