Sambalpur. IndustrialPunch: Shri Nirmal Kumar Singh has assumed charge as Director (Finance) of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) at the company’s headquarters in Sambalpur.
Shri Singh holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He began his professional career as a Junior Manager (Finance & Accounts) with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and subsequently served the organisation in various capacities.
Prior to joining MCL, Shri Nirmal Kumar Singh was serving as Chief General Manager at SAIL. With extensive experience in finance and accounts, his appointment is expected to further strengthen MCL’s financial management and corporate operations.
