Coal India Limited organised a workshop on Land Management at its Corporate Office in Kolkata.
The workshop enabled experience sharing by industry experts with the goal to brainstorm and determine a way forward for resolving issues pertaining to land, environmental clearances, and forest clearances, as land is crucial for coal mining.
The workshop also served to showcase the use of technology for land acquisition, environmental compliances and stakeholder management in coal mining.
