Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) Director (Technical) Niladri Roy visited Sonepur Bazari Area on 28th October, 2024. He was welcomed by Anand Mohan, Area General Manager, Sonepur Bazari Area and Raj Kishore Singh, General Manager (OP), Sonepur Bazari Project.
He thoroughly inspected Sonepur Bazari Project and critically reviewed the production program for Financial Year 2024-25.
Keeping in view the untimely heavy downpour due to cyclones during recent days, he analyzed the critical situation from Hansdiha-IV & Mahalaxmi view points and directed to take speedy recovery steps on huge water accumulation in the respective sumps.
He discussed the future program of dewatering vis-a-vis production plan to achieve the assigned coal production target of 13 MT.
Review meeting was also done with all HODs from Area at the guest house.
