Korba, 03 October : On Friday, officials of the Coal Employees Forum met CIL Chairman PM Prasad at the headquarters in Kolkata. Several issues, including pension increases, were discussed with the Chairman.
The issues raised were taken into account and assurances were given that they would be resolved. The BCCL CMD and GM (PRB) were also present.
Then discussed with CMO CIL Seperately for ease the process of medical treatment, cash less treatment at BCCL, Formation of PRB cell at BCCL, CCL .
The following issues were raised with the CIL Chairman:

- medical, enhancement of meager pension
- Payment against arrear pension,
- less CMPS Pension
- PRP of ex officer of ECL
- settling allowance of CCL
- Allow OPD treatment under CPRMS-NE where Rs 8 lakh exhausted
- purchase of hearing aids and spectacles
