ECL signs important MDO contract for Itapara OC, salanpur Area

The Agreement between Eastern Coalfields Ltd (ECL) and M/s R.K Transport Co. was inked today for “Operation and Development of Itapara OCP” in MDO mode.

LoA of the same has been issued on 8th May, 2023 and the signing of Agreement completes an important part for MDO mode of operation of Itapara OC (3.5 MTY) in Salanpur Area of ECL .

The agreement was signed in the presence of CMD A P Panda, D(F), Md. Anzar Alam, D (P)  Ahuti Swain, D (T)P & P Nilendu Kumar Singh, D (T) OP Niladri Roy along with GM (CMC), GM (Salanpur), TS to CMD, other senior officials and representatives of M/s R.K Transport Company.

It may be noted that total 8 Projects under MDO and Revenue Sharing basis have been awarded by ECL.
