NTPC announces interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share

New Delhi, 28 January : The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has announced an interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share.

The meeting of Board of Directors of the NTPC Limited was held today afternoon. Besides dividend, the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

“Further, Board of Directors in its aforesaid meeting decided, inter alia, to pay interim dividend at the rate of 42.50% (Rs. 4.25 per share) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

The date of payment/ dispatch of dividend shall be February 24, 2023.
