SECL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Harish Duhan visited the Raigarh Area between 12th and 13th April 2025.
Upon arrival late evening on the 12th, he took a review meeting with all Heads of Departments, focusing on production, productivity, and other key operational matters.
On 13th April, Shri Duhan toured Bijari, Baroud, Jampali, and Chhal open cast mines.
He inspected mining operations, including coal production, dispatch, and overburden removal, as well as the ongoing work at the Teram Rehabilitation and Resettlement site.
Shri Duhan also visited Chhal Silo and took stock of dispatch arrangements under first mile connectivity.
Emphasizing the importance of strategic planning for FY 2025-26, he stressed the need to ensure the supply of quality coal to consumers.
