Bilaspur, 26 Aug. : SECL Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das was the chief guest during inaugural ceremony at ‘HR Conclave for Public Sector Enterprises’ organised by prestigious XLRI Jamshedpur at its Jamshedpur campus, today.
The two days conclave(27-28 Aug) is themed- HR for greater good, celebrating best HR practices. HR practitioners from wide range of industries are participating in the Convlave. Key Note Sessions by distinguished guests, panel discussions on Role of HR in Environmental, Social and Governance related aspects of organizations were key highlights of the inaugural day.
A group of HR executives from SECL is also attending the conclave.
