Ambassador of France to India H.E. Mr Emmanuel Lenain and Lok Sabha MP, Jayant Sinha, visited the Patratu Project on 8th June, 2023.
Ravindra Kumar, CEO (of PVUN), and other senior executives of PVUNL and BHEL welcomed them.
A presentation highlighting the project’s progress and community development initiatives was made on the occasion for the visiting dignitaries.
Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited is a subsidiary of NTPC with a share of 74% and Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL) with 26%.
H.E. Mr Emmanuel Lenain visited & reviewed the progress of Boiler and GIS and appreciated the initiatives to lessen the CO2 emissions and improve the community livelihood.
Praising the project’s progress Jayant Sinha wished team PVUNL for timely completion of the project as per plan.
