Ranchi | July 1, 2026 : Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI) has successfully revised the Mining Plan for the Tadicherla-I Coal Mine (3.75 MTPA) of Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited (TGGENCO).
The revised plan has been submitted to the Ministry of Coal through the Single Window Clearance System (SWCS) Portal after expert review by the Mining Plan Preparing Agency (MPPA).
The revised Mining Plan is expected to facilitate the timely operationalization of the Tadicherla-I Coal Mine, ensuring improved coal availability to meet the growing energy demands of Telangana. The project will play a significant role in strengthening the state’s fuel security and supporting reliable power generation.
