The 36th Inter Unit Quality Control Circle Competition (IUQCC) was organised by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Pune Unit on November 29, 2023.
Dhruv Circle of BEL-Panchkula, which won the competition, received the CMD’s Rolling Trophy.
Bhanu Prakash Srivastava, CMD, Manoj Jain, Director (R&D), and Sankarasubramanian R, ED (Radar) & Unit Head/GAD, graced the occasion along with other dignitaries.
Altogether 24 Quality Control Circles from 9 manufacturing units of BEL participated in the competition.
The following Circles were declared winners after assessment of their presentation skills, Quality Control related activities and overall contribution in improving the quality of products:
1st Runner-up:
Arrow QCC, Components-BG Cx
2nd Runner up:
Shakti QCC, BEL-Pune.
Best record keeping: Akshaya QCC, BEL-Hyderabad.
Best style of presentation:
Jyoti QCC, BEL- GAD.
Best technique:
Phoenix QCC, MilCom-BG Cx.
