NTPC Foundation has signed an agreement with the Aptech Limited to carry out Skill Gap Identification vide Competency Identification tests and Counselling Sessions for the GEM alumni of the year 2018 and 2019 at NTPC Vindhyachal, Rihand & Singrauli stations.
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been signed on 7th August by Shri Neeraj Malik, Director, Aptech Ltd and Shri V Jayanarayanan, Chief General Manager (HR/CSR/LA/R&R), NTPC Ltd at EOC Noida in the presence of officials from both NTPC & Aptech.
With this initiative, NTPC has taken its initial step towards GEM 2.0. The project aims to conduct personality assessments (psychometric tests and DMIT) to identify each student’s area of interest, followed by counselling sessions.
