New Delhi: Ravindra Kumar has taken over charge as Director (Operations) of NTPC on Monday. Prior to joining as Director (Operations) of NTPC Limited, he was Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Director (Operations) of NTPC Limited.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) had approved his appointment for the post on February 24.
Subsequently, he has taken over charge of the post with effect from February 26. He has been appointed to the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. October 31, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
