The MoU was signed on 26th July 2025 between Sarit Maheswari, CEO (NGEL & NREL) and Abdesh Kumar Singh, Director Technical (BSPGCL), and was shared in the presence of Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Minister of Energy, Planning & Development of Govt. of Bihar, Nitish Mishra, Minister of Industries, Govt. of Bihar, and other senior officials from Department of Energy & Department of Industries, Government of Bihar.
