NTPC Kanti marked its 4th Raising Day with great enthusiasm, pride, and a strong sense of collective achievement at its premises on April 1, 2026. The celebration brought together employees across departments, reflecting the unity and commitment that define the NTPC Kanti family.

The raising day began with the ceremonial unfurling of the NTPC flag by Shri S. K. Suar, Head of Project (HOP), followed by cake cutting to commemorate the milestone. The occasion symbolised not just the journey of the station over the past four years, but also its growing contribution to reliable power generation and regional development.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Suar extended his heartfelt congratulations to all employees on this significant occasion. He acknowledged the relentless dedication, professionalism, and teamwork displayed by the workforce, which have been instrumental in the station’s consistent performance and operational excellence. He emphasised that NTPC Kanti has steadily strengthened its position as a reliable and efficient power-generating unit through adherence to high standards of safety, sustainability, and innovation.

He further encouraged employees to continue striving for excellence, adopting best practices, and contributing towards NTPC’s larger vision of powering the nation with responsibility and efficiency. Highlighting the importance of teamwork, he noted that the achievements of NTPC Kanti are a result of collective effort and shared commitment.

Senior officials, including Shri Debesh Padhi, GM (O&M), Shri Umesh Kumar, GM (Maintenance), Shri Maeshkumar Suthar, AGM (HR), along with Heads of Departments, executives, and employees, were present on the occasion and participated in the celebrations with great enthusiasm.
