Director HR Chairs Meeting with Principals of DAV Project Schools under SECL

Bilaspur, 11th July : A meeting chaired by Director (HR) SECL, Shri Biranchi Das, was held today at SECL Headquarters with the Principals of 9 DAV Project Schools, Area HR Managers of the concerned areas, GM (Welfare), and officials from the Welfare Department.

The agenda focused on the overall development of the schools, covering key points such as:

•  Formulation of a single, uniform MoU with DAV Management for administrative consistency
• Ensuring compliance with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020
• Finalization of the annual budget by January
•  Timely recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff
•  Resolution of infrastructure issues – including sanitation, drinking water, power, furniture, etc.
• Introduction of coding classes and skill development programs

Principals shared their suggestions and feedback, while Area Management was directed to act on pending issues promptly.

A Central Committee was also approved by Director (HR) to inspect and recommend actionable steps on infrastructure and civil matters.

Director (HR) urged all stakeholders to work in coordination and with seriousness for the holistic improvement of the schools.
