Coal India’s updated Purchase Manual was launched by our Chairman, Functional Directors, and Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at our Corporate Office in Kolkata.
The updated manual titled “CIL Purchase Manual 2020 – 2nd Edition 2025”, aims to further strengthen transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the company’s procurement processes.
The manual has been updated in alignment with the latest amendments to the General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, the revised provisions of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and the Department of Expenditure’s Manual for Procurement of Goods – Second Edition, 2024.
