The Chief Minister Bhupesh Bhagel honored Biswaroop Basu, Executive Director, NTPC Korba during the Rajyotsava function held in the capital and congratulated him for the same.
The Governor of Chhattisgarh Anusuiya Uikey also congratulated Shri Basu for the award.
