Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Bharat Bhushan’ award at the Lokmat Global Economic Summit 2025 held in London.
In his address during the ceremony, Anil Agarwal urged India to go beyond being just a market and compete globally on the strength of its vast capabilities, demographic strength and rising aspirations of the middle class.
Reaffirming his deep Indian identity, he highlighted the growing presence of Indians in global governance and praised the resources and talent of Maharashtra as key drivers of growth.
