Sambalpur | IndustrialPunch : Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has recognised outstanding leadership and employee excellence by honouring its Best Area General Manager, Best Head of Department (HoD), and Best Employee for the months of June and July 2026 during the General Managers’ Coordination Meeting.
The awards were presented by Shri Uday Anant Kaole, Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), MCL, in recognition of exceptional performance, dedication, and significant contributions towards organisational excellence.
For the month of June, the following officials were honoured:

For the month of July, the awards were presented to:

- Best Employee: Shri Rakesh Taak, Civil Department
