Dhanbad. CIL’s Innovation & Incubation Centre (CII Centre) at IIT(ISM), Dhanbad & TEXMiN Foundation, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad organised a technical seminar on “Implementation of Coal Mining Projects” (ICMP 22) towards Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Binay Dayal, Director – Technical, Coal India Limited, S. K. Sadangi, CVO, CIL, Prof. S. P. Banerjee, Former Director, Professor and HOD, Mining, IIT-ISM, Dhanbad, Piyush Bharti and Bhavesh Singhavi, Directors of PwC(India), Michelle Ash, CEO, Geovia Brand, M/s Dassault Systèmes and Prof. Uday Kumar, Chair Professor, Operation and Maintenance Engineering & Director, Luleå Railway Research Centre spoke on the occasion.
The seminar was organised in hybrid mode, and dealt with the challenges being faced by the coal industry in India.

The discussions provided a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences of various stakeholders, including policy makers, industry experts, researchers, students/ youth from various organizations. Over 45 senior professionals from CIL Kolkata and online delegates attended the seminar.
